If you can’t make it please download a proxy by clicking here and sending it with a family member or neighbour. If you do not know anyone going to the AGM, email us and someone from the board will pick up your proxy.

Kingswood North Survey

Every five years the KRA board sends out a comprehensive survey to our residents to help us determine which new projects we should tackle. Now that the residents of Kingswood North are part of our association we have to integrate them into our current five year plan.

The board has created a short online survey to allow the ratepayers of Kingswood North to communicate what park land development they would like to see.

For Kingswood North residents only: please fill out our survey here.

Halloween Decorating Contest 2017

Halloween isn't that far away and some of our residents really take it seriously.  If there is a house in your neighbourhood that is delightfully spooky let us know at Members of the board will be looking for the best decorated house.

Kingswood Park#2

This is the park at the end of Kingswood Drive, on the loop. HRM is set to begin work to resolve drainage issues on the field that have plagued us since it was developed over 15 years ago. Once that work is complete, the KRA will be developing that field into something useful for residents. (Click to see map of the park)

Work is set to begin on September 5th and last approximately two weeks.

UPDATE: HRM has completed work on the field. It has been leveled and seeded, a french drain was added on one side and a ditch on the other side.
